Be it 2–3 mega feature deliveries in parallel every six months or the delivery of 167 unique high CTR marketing campaigns in a single month, I've single-handedly striven to scale design operations even with lean teams. Architected high-performance design squads regardless of budgets, employing a “heera tarashna” approach to find and refine talent, and cultivating a culture of creative collaboration. Developed a unified design system with clear frameworks and guidelines to ensure consistency, scalability and strategic alignment. Conducted Hackathons and DJ Sessions to rapidly upskill designers and broaden team capabilities. Defined and tracked OKRs to quantify design impact against business KPIs. Provided decisive leadership—mediating conflicts, sparking innovation and cultivating an environment where designers sync with PMs and developers for quality solutions.
